The Lemonade Stand

A lemonade stand is good fun.  An enterprising young entrepreneur can realize that warm weather and thirst create a need they can fill, resulting in some piggy-bank deposits at the end of the day.  The business model usually begins at 9am, is fully functioning by 10am, and profitable by noon.  Kids really don’t bother much with the details, because they likely can hit up mom or dad for the start-up materials.  It’s about as simple as you can get.

As we get older, however, starting a business and running it profitably becomes a little more complex.  Or at least generates a lot more paperwork.  It’s an intimidating prospect to take an idea into the marketplace with goals of sustainability and profit.  Opportunities are all around us though.  The Internet has made so many things possible that simply could not happen 15 years ago.  You can sell almost anything you want, and to anywhere in the world, practically in the same amount of time it takes to open a lemonade stand.

Vivere Law is a lot of things, but with everything eyeing “efficiency” and “productivity”…two words not often associated with the legal profession.  Whether it is the formation of your new business or something else entirely, the idea is to streamline these services so the relationship allows you to “do more faster.”  No one wants to wait a month for things, and with technology today we don’t have to.  Your ideas can spring to life almost as quickly as you develop them, and we love that about our business model.  Cutting down the bells and whistles associated with the formality of law and business allow us to connect with real people and ideas in genuine ways, and…quite frankly…that’s just a ton of fun.  LLC formation and business development consulting can be done in ways that create opportunity, educate people, and provide real services to our communities.  The more ideas growing around us, the better we all become.

With summer around the corner I’m confident I will see at least a couple of lemonade stands crop up in my neighborhood…Perhaps it’s time to set up yours?
